Elite Patio Suite

Our most spacious suite available; the interior of an Elite Suite is 7’ wide by 7’ long, giving your dog(s) lots of space to lounge in comfort. And, the adjoining 7’ x 7’ outdoor patio doubles the size of the suite and features a view of the mountains and our spacious play yards. Ideally suited to giant breeds, multi-dog households, or those who just prefer a life of luxury, our Elite Suites feature home-like décor, a comfortable bed for each pet with a fleece cover, and in most suites, a flat-panel television playing your pet's favorite Animal Planet shows.

1. A small number of Elite suites do not have televisions and PetCam options.

2. In most cases, a 3rd and 4th dog in the same suite will be limited to larger suites and to medium or small dogs, to assure that each dog has the appropriate amount of space and comfort during his stay. The number of dogs allowed per suite is subject to the discretion of management and is based on the size of the suite, the size of the dogs and the dogs’ temperament.

Elite Suite

Identical to the Elite Patio Suite above with all the same amenities, but without the adjoining outdoor patio.

Pavilion Patio Suite

Our Pavilion Suites are large, 4 ½’ x 7’ indoor suites suitable for dogs up to 100 pounds, or for multi-dog households. An adjoining 4 ½’ x 7’ outdoor patio doubles the size of the suite and features a view of the mountains and our spacious play yards. Pavilion Suites feature a comfortable bed for each pet with a fleece cover.

Pavilion Suite

Identical to the Pavilion Suite above with all the same amenities, but without the adjoining outdoor patio.

TLC Suite

Designed for older pets, sensitive pets, or pets with special needs (maximum of 2 dogs per suite, based on size), our TLC pavilion houses only 5 suites, each 4 ½’ x 8 ½’ in size, away from the larger suite pavilions. The TLC room is directly off of the main staff corridor with a full-width viewing window, so our staff members can unobtrusively check in on your pet frequently throughout the day. All TLC Suites include a comfortable bed for each pet with a fleece cover.

Petite Suite

A private pavilion with only 10 suites, each 3 ½’ x 6 ½’ in size, our Petite Suites are designed for toy or small breeds (max 30 pounds total weight, no more than 3 dogs per suite; for example, three 10-pound dogs, two 15-pound dogs or one 30-pound dog) who prefer a quieter environment with dogs of their own size and demeanor, away from the larger suite pavilions. All Petite Suites include a comfortable bed for each pet with a fleece cover.

Day Boarding (non-interactive)

$20.00 per day
If our interactive doggie day care is not for your pooch but you’d like him to be cared for away from your home during the daytime only, we offer day boarding in our Pavilion Suites on a space-available basis. Your pet will be able to lounge comfortably in his suite and will be taken outside twice during the day.

Day boarding is perfect for those situations when it’s not suitable for your dog to be at home during the day, such as when hosting daytime guests, having your home remodeled, or on landscaping or pool-cleaning days (so that your dog won’t accidentally escape), or when you just need a little R&R for yourself.

Internet PetCam

$5.00 per calendar day
Available on a limited basis in certain Elite Suites, Petite Suites and TLC Suites, our Internet PetCams allow you to log on from your computer, anywhere an Internet connection is available, and view your dog during his resort stay. An iPhone and Droid app is also available for viewing your pet on your mobile device (however, not compatible with Mac computers - so sorry!). Internet PetCam views are available between approximately 7:00 am and 9:00 pm daily, Phoenix time. In the evening and early morning hours, we respect your dog’s need for sleep and keep the lights out, or dimmed, which is not conducive to Internet camera viewing.
