Dog Suites

Elite Patio Suite
Our most spacious suite available; the interior of an Elite Suite is 7’ wide by 7’ long, giving your dog(s) lots of space to lounge in comfort. And, the adjoining 7’ x 7’ outdoor patio doubles the size of the suite and features a view of the mountains and our spacious play yards. Ideally suited to giant breeds, multi-dog households, or those who just prefer a life of luxury, our Elite Suites feature home-like décor, a comfortable bed for each pet with a fleece cover, and in most suites, a flat-panel television playing your pet's favorite Animal Planet shows. For our Elite Suite guests, we also include an extra outdoor walk each day.

Pavilion Patio Suite
Our Pavilion Suites are large, 4 ½’ x 7’ indoor suites suitable for dogs up to 100 pounds, or for multi-dog households. An adjoining 4 ½’ x 7’ outdoor patio doubles the size of the suite and features a view of the mountains and our spacious play yards. Pavilion Suites feature home-like décor and a comfortable bed for each pet with a fleece cover.

TLC Suite
Designed for older pets, sensitive pets, or pets with special needs (maximum of 2 dogs per suite, based on size), our TLC pavilion houses only 5 suites, each 4 ½’ x 8 ½’ in size, away from the larger suite pavilions. The TLC room is directly off of the main staff corridor with a full-width viewing window, so our staff members can unobtrusively check in on your pet frequently throughout the day. All TLC Suites include a comfortable bed for each pet with a fleece cover.

Petite Suite

A private pavilion with only 10 suites, each 3 ½’ x 6 ½’ in size, our Petite Suites are designed for toy or small breeds (max 30 pounds total weight, no more than 3 dogs per suite; for example, three 10-pound dogs, two 15-pound dogs or one 30-pound dog) who prefer a quieter environment with dogs of their own size and demeanor, away from the larger suite pavilions. All Petite Suites include a comfortable bed for each pet with a fleece cover.

Special Services for Dogs

Doggie day care (interactive)

$16 per full day for boarding dogs ($10 for a half day/up to 5 hours)
$25 per full day for non-boarding dogs ($16 for a half day/up to 5 hours)
50% off each additional dog from the SAME family, playing on the SAME day
Buy a "10 full-days" punch card for $220 (1st dog) and save 12%! (a $110 punch card is available for purchase for dogs from the same family who come to play on the same day) - punch cards are good for 90 days and may only be applied to full days (cannot be used for half-days).

Dogs who play nice with other dogs, are spayed or neutered, are current on their vaccinations and enjoy the company of other dogs will have a great time in our Doggie Day Care! Our Resort Activities Coordinators supervise all play groups and engage our day care guests in a variety of activities. Our 1,000 square foot Activity Center, along with more than 1 acre of play yards and dog-friendly playground equipment, will give your dog plenty of activities to choose from.

All guests who will join our doggie day care groups must first participate in a 20-minute pre-assessment interview; the application fee is $15.00 and will be applied to your pet’s first day of day care if he or she is approved to join in. Because the safety of each dog participating in our day care program is always our first concern, we will ask you a variety of questions about your pet’s activity level, exposure to other dogs, and interactive style with both unfamiliar people and other dogs.

Day Care Check-In Times

Full Day: Dogs coming for full-day day care may check in anytime.

1/2 Days, AM: Check in between 7:00-8:00 am / check out between 12:00-1:00 pm

1/2 Days, PM: Check in after 1:00 pm, and pick up before business close.

Doggie day care is a great way to enrich your pet’s resort experience during his stay. And, day care is perfect for the non-boarding pet who doesn’t have other dogs to play with at home, has a tendency to be destructive with household items when his family is away, or whose energy level requires a high degree of activity. And, your dog can also join us while your house is being remodeled, while you have house guests who aren’t comfortable with dogs, or when you just want your own “down time” to yourself. You’ll be able to concentrate on your other activities and commitments, and your dog will come home safisfied, happy and “pleasantly pooped”!

Day boarding (non-interactive) $20 per day for non-boarding dogs

If our interactive doggie day care is not for your pooch but you’d like him to be cared for away from your home during the daytime only, we offer day boarding in our Petite or Pavilion Suites on a space-available basis. Your pet will be able to lounge comfortably in her suite and will be taken outside twice during the day. Day boarding is perfect for those situations when it’s not suitable for your dog to be at home during the day, such as when hosting daytime guests, having your home remodeled, or on landscaping or pool-cleaning days (so that your dog can never be let out of the yard accidentally), or when you just need a little R&R for yourself.

Individual Play Session    $7.00 (1 or 2 dogs)
Your dogs will enjoy 20 minutes of one-on-one attention from one of our loving staff members playing ball, Frisbee, trying out our agility equipment, or just exploring our large play yards.

Cuddle Time        $7.00 (1 or 2 dogs)
Some dogs just like to snuggle! A staff member will spend 20 minutes of quiet time cuddling, petting, brushing, giving belly rubs, or even reading to, your dog. Just let us know what soothes and relaxes your dog, and we’ll be glad to share this special time together.

Water Park Play Session    $12.00 (1 or 2 dogs)
For dogs who love the water, we’ll share 20 minutes of supervised splash and play activities with your dog in our Splash & Play Water Park. Dogs are never, ever left unattended in the water park – their safety and enjoyment is our first priority.

Internet PetCam   $5.00 per calendar day

Available on a limited basis in certain Elite Suites, Petite Suites and TLC Suites, our Internet PetCams allow you to log on from any computer, anywhere an Internet connection is available, and view your dog during his resort stay. Internet PetCam views are available between approximately 7:00 am and 8:00 pm daily, Phoenix time. In the evening and early morning hours, we respect your dog’s need for sleep and keep the lights out, or dimmed, which is not conducive to Internet camera viewing.

Special-Care Fees:

We are proud of the level of care and attention we provide to our canine guests. Although many enhanced services are already included in your dog's suite price, additional fees of $5.00 to $15.00 per dog, per day will apply for dogs who have the following special care needs (either as determined and agreed to in advance, or as discovered by our staff after your dog checks in):

Insulin Injections ($2.50 each)
Significant incontinence requiring extra outdoor trips or hygiene care - pet not sharing suite with others ($10.00 per day)
Significant incontinence requiring extra outdoor trips or hygiene care - pet sharing suite with other dogs ($15.00 per day)
Paralysis or severely limited mobility ($5.00 per day)
Aggression requiring modified handling to keep dog and staff safe and comfortable ($5.00 to $15.00 per day)
Special handling during feeding - separating pets sharing suite during feedings, direct monitoring, syringe feeding ($2.50 per meal)
Special meal preparation, beyond basic dry or canned with simple add-ins ($2.50 per meal)

¹A small number of Elite suites do not have televisions and PetCam options.
²Value Rate: Discounted pricing available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights, except during holiday periods and spring breaks.
³ In most cases, a 3rd and 4th dog in the same suite will be limited to larger suites and to medium or small dogs, to assure that each dog has the appropriate amount of space and comfort during his stay. The number of dogs allowed per suite is subject to the discretion of management and is based on the size of the suite, the size of the dogs and the dogs’ temperament.
