CAT SUITES:

Penthouse Suite
For the cat who demands the best, our spacious four-level 78"H x 40"W x 32"D Penthouse Suites feature a private bathroom area on the lower level, a secret hiding spot, raised perches, toys (crinkle balls, fake mice, balls with bells or feather danglers – your cat’s choice) and a comfy fleece bed. A daily romp in our cat play atrium is included.

Kitty Condo
Kitty Condos, a roomy 39"H x 35"W x 25"D, feature a raised perch, comfy fleece bed, and your kitty’s choice of toys – sure to please even the most finicky feline! Includes a daily romp in our cat play atrium.

SPECIAL SERVICES FOR CATS

Day Boarding $12.00 per day

If you'd like your kitty to be cared for away from your home for the daytime only, we offer Day Boarding on a space-available basis where your cat will be able to lounge comfortably at the resort. Day Boarding is perfect for those situations where it's not suitable to have your cat home during the day, such as when hosting guests, having your home remodeled, or when you just need a little R&R for yourself.

Individual Play Session    $7.00 (1 or 2 cats)
Your cat will enjoy 20 minutes of one-on-one attention from one of our loving staff members playing laser light chase, hide-and-seek in our cat tunnel, or circle ball batting.

Cuddle Time        $7.00 (1 or 2 cats)
Some cats just like to snuggle! A staff member will spend 20 minutes of quiet time cuddling, petting, brushing, or even reading to, your cat. Just let us know what soothes and relaxes your cat, and we’ll be glad to share this special time together.

Internet PetCam        $5.00 per calendar day
Available on a limited basis in select Penthouse Suites, our Internet PetCams allow you to log on from any computer, anywhere an Internet connection is available, and view your cat during her resort stay. Internet PetCam views are available between approximately 7:00 am and 8:00 pm daily, Phoenix time. In the evening and early morning hours, we respect your cat’s need for sleep and keep the lights out, or dimmed, which is not conducive to Internet camera viewing.

Special Care Fees:

We are proud of the level of care and attention we provide to our feline guests. Although many enhanced services are already included in your cat's suite price, additional fees of $5.00 to $15.00 per cat, per day will apply for cats who have the following special care needs (either as determined and agreed to in advance, or as discovered by our staff after your cat checks in):

Insulin Injections ($2.50 each)
Significant incontinence requiring hygiene care - cat not sharing suite with others ($10.00 per day)
Significant incontinence requiring hygiene care - cat sharing suite with other cats ($15.00 per day)
Paralysis or severely limited mobility ($5.00 per day)
Aggression requiring modified handling to keep cat and staff safe and comfortable ($5.00 to $15.00 per day)
Special handling during feeding - separating pets for feedings when sharing suite with other cats, direct monitoring, syringe feeding ($2.50 per meal)
Special meal preparation, beyond basic dry or canned with simple add-ins ($2.50 per meal)
