Resort Activities

All pets are different. Some crave lots of activity, and some just want to spend time with people. We want each of our guests to feel comfortable with his or her level of activity so your pet’s time away from you is filled with the right attention and playtime he or she needs.

Your choice of resort activities include:

Individual Play Session

$7.00 (up to 3 family pets) –
your pet will enjoy 20 minutes of one-on-one attention from a guest service attendant, sharing these activities: Dogs: Playing ball, Frisbee, trying out our agility equipment, or just exploring our large play yards Cats: Playing laser light chase, hide-and-seek in our cat tunnel, or circle ball batting

Cuddle Time

$7.00 (up to 3 family pets)
Some pets just like to snuggle! A guest service attendant will spend 20 minutes of quiet time cuddling, petting, brushing, giving belly rubs, or even reading to, your pet. Just let us know what soothing and relaxing activity you prefer, and we’ll be glad to share this special time together.

Water Park Play Session

$12.00 (dogs only: up to 3 family dogs)
For dogs who love the water, we’ll share 20 minutes of supervised splash and play activities with your dog in our Splash & Play Water Park. Dogs are never, ever left unattended in the water park – their safety and enjoyment is our first priority. See our water park video!

Doggie Day Care

For dogs who enjoy the company of and play nice with other dogs, Doggie Day Care is a great way to assure your dog gets plenty of exercise and fun during his or her stay! Click here to learn more about our day care program.

Internet PetCam

$5.00 per calendar day
Available on a limited basis in certain Elite Suites, Petite Suites, TLC Suites and Cat Penthouses, our Internet PetCams allow you to log on from your computer, anywhere an Internet connection is available, and view your pet during his resort stay. An iPhone and Droid app is also available for viewing your pet on your mobile device (however, not compatible with Mac computers - so sorry!). Internet PetCam views are available between approximately 7:00 am and 9:00 pm daily, Phoenix time. In the evening and early morning hours, we respect your pet’s need for sleep and keep the lights out, or dimmed, which is not conducive to Internet camera viewing.
